I am also a speaker for a few good years, in the area of business communication. On account of my long experience, great were the times that I shared the public with speakers in the most varied subjects. You erase someone, exceptional. But nobody MOVED me so much as Toni did. In April of 2004, we had the satisfaction to employ Toni Vaz for a conversation in the Quarry A Valemix. It was such a magic presentation in a Saturday in the afternoon, that when we arrive to work in the second day, we found people with thinking. People with goals, caused and the most interesting thing: people who were postponing decisions put in practice their projects. Today I am retired but, I still work in another enterprise of the same segment. Result of decisions taken in the certain hour, orientated by the motivation.
