As in any dream, mine demanded great struggle, perseverance and dedication. I was very poor and today I have my own company. Along my journey, many people and very often, I resorted to the words, methods and concepts of Toni Vaz. His concepts helped me to make decisions of great importance in my professional life and, most of all, in my personal life.
I think that all who dream to grow should assist his conversations and read his marvelous books.
Toni Vaz is for me a name of much importance in the motivation of people. He manages to make us to take actions! And it is of that the East country needs: action!

To write about the " out of series " Toni Vaz, it is to rain in the wet one.
I know this "special needing person" from his time of the Radio Educator of Coronel Fabriciano.
I accompany his struggle from that time. I detach some challenges that he won amazingly.
From him catching a Bus from Viana to work to him playing Basketball or him being a correct journalist in love with his work.
To be an announcer both of AM and of FM at best quality.
When he moves a whole audience with his motivational speeches, it is not only due to his excellent "loud voice" and diction, and yes for his experience of life in winning challenges. In his rich and objective argumentation, wanting or not, what weighs more is: The high state of mind is his example of life.
Therefore, for me, he is the best from the best speaker in activity in this country.

When I saw Toni chatting at the Unisinos in 2007, hearing his histories, without any knowledge people were laughing or crying, because his words made me thinking, considering, in a strong way, I felt privileged about being there. When he knew that he was my fellow countryman then, I do not restrain myself and I gave him an embrace. He is a very dear person, he suffered such experiences and he has the power of words in his hands, a tool of an importance that it cannot be valued, so big, usefulness, that is him. Let's hope that all the universities, institutions, people of all ages could listen to him, because they would change certainly his world perception. I take him as a friend, although we do not talk very much face to face due the rush of life. I wanted to tell you that it is very important a person like you to make part of our lives. He is a warrior, someone who struggles to win! And someone to whom God has a great, but very special fondness.
